Cela r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire au d\u00e9givrage par rapport aux m\u00e9thodes conventionnelles. La technologie est \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la propulsion \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission du futur.<\/strong>\n\nLa formation de glace sur les ailes d\u2019un avion est dangereuse pour tout l\u2019avion. La glace r\u00e9duit la portance, augmente la tra\u00een\u00e9e et peut nuire \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 des surfaces de contr\u00f4le de vol telles que les ascenseurs, les ailerons et les gouvernes. Dans le pire des cas, l\u2019avion peut se caler dans les airs et s\u2019\u00e9craser. Le probl\u00e8me peut survenir \u00e0 tout moment de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, en particulier lorsqu\u2019un avion passe \u00e0 travers des nuages ou des couches d\u2019air froid et humide apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9collage ou \u00e0 l\u2019approche. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, les avions sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de syst\u00e8mes thermiques qui aspirent l\u2019air chaud des moteurs et le canalisent sur la surface des ailes.
