Thus, they are used to produce aerospace brackets, fuel system parts, seals, compressor valve plates, etc. This study investigates the mechanical performance of both neat PEEK and glass fiber-reinforced PEEK (PEEK + GF) composites fabricated via fused deposition modeling (FDM). The effects of print speed, print orientation, and post-heat treatment were systematically evaluated.
