Leur carnet de commandes ne cessant de cro\u00eetre sans qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;arrivent \u00e0 suivre la cadence de production d&rsquo;avions. C&rsquo;est dans ce contexte que le projet Ain-T-Graal a vu le jour, mettant en relation plusieurs partenaires, pour aboutir \u00e0 des solutions de r\u00e9duction de temps de fabrication. Le leader du projet, l&rsquo;entreprise Duqueine sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les structures composites, fournit les cadres de fuselage pour Airbus. Pour r\u00e9pondre au besoin de r\u00e9duction de poids et r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2, ces pi\u00e8ces sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es enti\u00e8rement en composite dans les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations d&rsquo;a\u00e9ronef. Lors de la production des cadres de fuselage, Duqueine est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une difficult\u00e9 courante dans la production de structures en composite, les pi\u00e8ces subissant des distorsions g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, appel\u00e9 ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de \u00ab spring back \u00bb (retour \u00e9lastique) lors du d\u00e9moulage de celles-ci.
