Bien que ces structures offrent d\u2019excellentes performances m\u00e9caniques et un fort potentiel d\u2019all\u00e8gement, leur comportement vibratoire et leur durabilit\u00e9 en fatigue restent fortement influenc\u00e9s par les incertitudes li\u00e9es au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication, aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s mat\u00e9riaux effectives et aux sollicitations dynamiques. Face \u00e0 ces enjeux, ce travail propose une approche num\u00e9rique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e reliant le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de mise en \u0153uvre, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9es et la r\u00e9ponse vibratoire, tout en int\u00e9grant explicitement la notion de fiabilit\u00e9 dans le processus de conception.
